Phase 1: Orientation
For the first-time students experience the changemaking process, and work with their teachers to design and implement a pilot.The FIDS method was developed by Design for Change we are part of DFC global network.
Phase 2: Acceleration
In the second phase, students are assigned a mentor with the goal to design a sustainable social innovation.
Phase 3: Deployment
Students had already developed a sustainable solution and in this phase, they work closely with other students and organizations to scale their system changing social innovation with the goal of increasing impact.
