The development of our activities is closely linked to collaboration with supporters. That's why we developed the MERCI program for people who want to dedicate their time, knowledge and resources to the development of the next generation.
MERCI is an acronym to identify how any brave person willing to make a difference can contribute.
MENTOR
4-5 1h sessions with students (online)
During the Change Architects project, more precisely at levels 2 and 3, the students receive the support of the mentor who helps them to find the answer to the challenges of their project. To be a good mentor you need to have confidence in children's ability to make a difference. From this experience you will be exposed to the design thinking method and you will discover change projects made by students. In this role you will be supported by our team and the teacher.
EDUCATOR
1 hour session with students (online)
65% of the jobs that today's students will do have not yet been invented. To meet these challenges, students need to acquire critical skills and be inspired. In this sense, we want to bring into the ecosystem of students adults who will talk to them about their career path and what skills they need at work.

Inspired by the African proverb ”It takes a village to raise a child”, we try to build an ecosystem that has the students at the center to contribute to their development. Thus, parents, teachers and supporters collaborate to build a space where students develop their 21st century skills. Our role is to build collaborative bridges between these entities.
